I recently remodeled/upgraded nearly everything in my unit. I've lived here for over 37 years and decided it was just time to update everything. I did this over several years.
First came the kitchen: I kept the cupboards as they were changing the doors to soft close doors and replacing the drawers to soft close drawers. Countertops were upgraded to quartz as was the kitchen floor. Vanities in both bathrooms were replaced with soft close pull-out drawers. I had the original mirrors replaced with modern medicine cabinets. Then using the same contractor I had my hardwood floors refinished and the entire unit painted. Renova Builders was the contractor for both phases. Renova did an excellent job. To refinish the floor all furniture had to be removed. Some pieces are antique and had to be unassembled and then reassembled when returned to the unit. They disconnected TV and wi-fi then reconnected both.. Everything went smoothly. In addition I had under counter pull out drawers as well as the hallway coat closet converted to a pantry with pullout drawers. I also had my closets redesigned and closets added to the master bedroom. I will provide contact information as soon as I find it.

Rather than removing cabinets which were in excellent condition, we opted to have them painted and they look like new. New cabinet pulls and knobs were installed meticulously as were the quartz countertops, backsplash, and flooring.

I was fortunate to find a wonderful general contractor to repair major flooding damages to my BYL condo, and want to highly recommend this company, M3. They worked beautifully with my insurance company, handled every detail, made great suggestions, stayed in communication with me throughout the whole process, and did the actual repair work straight through in one week! (It took several weeks before that phase to handle all the other details not related to M3.)
