T-Mobile doesn’t work over here. I just tried it a month ago, and as long as you are on your wireless network, you are ok. As soon as you step outside your front door or into the parking lot, you have no service. Service starts again when you get over the top of the hill (either side). I would think that Brickyard Cove or the yacht club would put a cell tower somewhere near here, since it would increase the service out here.
Anyway, Verizon is still the only one that reliably works in Brickyard Cove. (August, 2018)

Several years ago I had to switch from T-Mobile to Verizon because the reception with T-Mobile was so poor. Verizon reception is excellent as there is a transmitter nearby. (August, 2018)

A friend of mine in 1301 had T-Mobile and could only get reception by standing in a certain spot in his unit. As far as I've heard Verizon is the only carrier with superior service here. Also Comcast now offers cell service and they told me they use Verizon towers plus more. Not sure if that's true. (August, 2018)

Verizon works great for us because it has a tower almost across the street from BYL. No other cellular service has a tower out here in the Brickyard Cove area yet. (August, 2018)
