Dr. Azarinfar is, without question, the best dentist I have ever visited. I feel very lucky to be his patient. As someone who regularly saw my previous dentist, I assumed that my teeth were being examined and cared for thoroughly. I was distressed to learn that this was not the case.
Dr. Azarinfar found some very serious dentil issues that had been missed by other practitioners. He also found a problem that could have resulted in a very dangerous medical emergency. He was able to save and repair my teeth and, potentially save my life.
Aside from his excellent diagnostic skills, his skill level is extraordinary. He has performed some intricate dental procedures on me and all have been flawless. In addition, both he and his staff are compassionate and sensitive to their patients’ financial limitations.
I highly recommend Dr. Azarinfar and his entire staff without hesitation.

Dr. Robert Pearce (see below) retired. But a couple years before he left, he invited Dr. Andre Azarinfar to join him in his practice. Dr. Azarinfar has now taken over the practice.
Dr. Pearce is a very nice man and a very competent dentist. But Dr. Azarinfar is exceptional!
I required extensive and complicated dental care. He explained exactly what was needed, what was involved with each procedure, as well as the options for care, including NOT doing some or all of the work.
He is the most skilled dentist I have ever used. His manner is professional and polite. His staff is friendly and caring. the hygienists have a "soft touch" while providing an excellent cleaning.
I feel so lucky to have such an excellent dentist right here in our small community.

I have a wonderful dentist BUT he is quite expensive: Barry Kami, at Berkeley. Maybe for people who have dental insurance, or else pretty good teeth?
Dr. Kami is a second-generation practitioner in a solo practice, but very well supported by aides at all levels of expertise. He has all the latest equipment and is careful, as painless as possible, and kind. He gives all his patients his home/cell number so they can call him whenever the office is closed, if they need to, and he calls in the evening after any procedure greater than tooth cleaning to ask if the patient is doing well. He remembers each patient as a person. (October, 2019)
