I tried to find a fireplace tech to come out to my home in Seacliff to service two Heat N Glo gas fireplaces. All but one business told me "if we did not install the fireplace, we will not come out and service." One business in Walnut Creek said I could be put on the service list for June. After a short conversation, he gave me Greg's contact information. Greg came out today, and now both fireplaces are working as they should. I highly recommend Greg. (February, 2018)
