We had some projects we needed done around our home. We haven’t had much luck with handymen. I saw a posting from Heather on Nextdoor recommending Tom Boone of Know It All Handyman, 925.255.7626. Her projects were more complex than mine. I decided to give Tom a call.
I’m really glad I did. He came to review the job. He gave us a reasonable estimate.

Handyman Gifford Teeple did our bathtub re-caulking job (he's on the list). He is slow, methodical, does nice work (patched grout in places he noticed could use it), price is on the high side. He's looking for more work at the condos.

I was fortunate to find a wonderful general contractor to repair major flooding damages to my BYL condo, and want to highly recommend this company, M3. They worked beautifully with my insurance company, handled every detail, made great suggestions, stayed in communication with me throughout the whole process, and did the actual repair work straight through in one week! (It took several weeks before that phase to handle all the other details not related to M3.)
