My AllState agent is terrific, if you need a recommendation for folks. And AllState was
fabulous to deal with when I had the water intrusion issue last year, especially
compared to the problems my upstairs neighbor had with, I believe, State Farm.
Her name is Kathy Clark; she moved out of Berkeley where I knew her in person,
but we do everything by phone and email etc. She and her staff are very responsive

USAA is very good to work with. We've even used them when neighbor's DW drained down into our kitchen/living room area! Very easy to work with. (October, 2022)

If you have USAA for Auto, easy add for HOA insurance. Just need to remind them to do 1M for liability. Otherwise policy covers everything. (October, 2022)
